PROJECT TASKS:
- Selecting a governance model for the holding
- Designing organizational structure and departmental functions, as well as drafting a distribution of authority matrix
- Setting up the corporate governance system (establishing the Supervisory Board, permanent committees under the Supervisory Board, describing their authorities and operational procedures)
- Introducing the business planning and budgeting system
- Introducing process management (designing a landscape of business processes, describing current processes, their optimization, and modeling target processes)
