KEY OBJECTIVE:
Setting up an efficient organizational structure to support the company's strategic objectives and its target business model
PROJECT TASKS:
- Selecting a governance model for the holding
- Drafting organizational structure, functions, and KPIs for departments
- Drafting a distribution of authority matrix
- Setting up the corporate governance system (establishing the Supervisory Board, permanent committees under the Supervisory Board, describing their authorities and operational procedures)
- Preparing the Implementation Plan for the new organizational structure
PROJECT OUTCOMES
- Setting up an efficient holding management system and eliminating the need for business owners to be involved in operational management
- Setting up an efficient organizational structure featuring well-balanced authorities, liabilities, and resources; clear horizontal and vertical distribution of authorities and liabilities; a small number of management levels and a reasonable number of direct subordinates at each management level
- Increasing personnel motivation by raising their awareness of tasks and expected results
