KEY OBJECTIVE:
Setting up an efficient organizational structure to support the company's strategic objectives and its target business model

PROJECT TASKS:

  • Selecting a governance model for the holding
  • Drafting organizational structure, functions, and KPIs for departments
  • Drafting a distribution of authority matrix
  • Setting up the corporate governance system (establishing the Supervisory Board, permanent committees under the Supervisory Board, describing their authorities and operational procedures)
  • Preparing the Implementation Plan for the new organizational structure

PROJECT OUTCOMES

  1. Setting up an efficient holding management system and eliminating the need for business owners to be involved in operational management 
  2. Setting up an efficient organizational structure featuring well-balanced authorities, liabilities, and resources; clear horizontal and vertical distribution of authorities and liabilities; a small number of management levels and a reasonable number of direct subordinates at each management level
  3. Increasing personnel motivation by raising their awareness of tasks and expected results
