KEY OBJECTIVE:
Ensure clear assessment and evaluation of the company success in general and of each its department/employee when achieving goals and objectives

PROJECT TASKS:

  • Analyzing the company’s needs and objectives to determine key performance indicators to be used when measuring its success
  • Identifying and drafting the KPI tree
  • Developing assessment metrics for each KPI to define value and track the dynamics objectively
  • Introducing the KPI system for employees (development and approval of bonus cards, determining the procedure and frequency to monitor the KPI achievement)
  • Drafting and approving documents to regulate processes of KPI setting and monitoring

PROJECT OUTCOMES

  1. Increasing personnel motivation by raising their awareness of tasks and expected results
  2. Establishing a clear interrelation between company results and bonuses to personnel 
  3. Improving data monitoring and analysis to make informed and viable decisions 
  4. Identifying weak points and opportunities for business process improvement and the company’s strategic development
